...on smartphone pricings

At first, I wanted to write about the iPhone and its ridiculous pricing.  Ganya karang kana ucap tia "fanboy jua ia ani" and bla bla bla.  So I try to instead, being all neutral. What I want to focus on this time is the pricing of the smartphones nowadays, especially those flagships.  I mean, how did they end up charging customers beyond 1k is just absurd.  What is so special about that said phone to justify the price? I remember back in 2012, when I was still looking for my first perfect Android phone (my first Android phone was HTC Wildfire S and it was not perfect), I told myself to not spend beyond BND700.  During that time, iPhone 4S was still hot but the pricing was again, ridiculous (I remember online market sold it for BND1500+).  Again, I got budget of less than BND700 and looking for a smartphone that standouts among the others.  "Spend it wisely" I said.  I was not going to spend it based on just beautiful device or being latest....

...on Jumanji : Welcome to the Jungle

This is literally the sequel to the first original Jumanji starring the late Robin Williams.  This new installment does update the storyline and backgrounds where Jumanji is evolving from just an outdated board game that no kids is interested to play into a videogame cartridge. Ok, I'm not going into the details further.  Worth mentioning is that The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) is in this movie along with his best buddy Kevin Hart along with Jack Black and Karen Gillian.  What I really like about this movie is that The Rock and Kevin Hart get to be themselves.  The characters they played really suit them, in fact they seem to be enjoying it. Overall, the story is pretty straightforward (of course, it's a movie for kids anyway).  The funniest scene for me is when the three guys are taking a leak.  That's right.  Unfortunately, this scene seems to offend some viewers that when we watched the movie for the second time a week later, this specific scene is m...

...on Pameran Artifak Rasulullah S.A.W. & para sahabat.

Last night, I took my family to the ICC.  Ni nah kan melihat Pameran Artifak Rasulullah SAW & Para Sahabat, which will end soon (13th January).  Actually, we planned to go last Saturday.  But then, hujan lebat telah menangguhkan niat kami pada malam itu.  So we postponed to the next evening.  We did make it there, purchased the entrance ticket.  Sekali, sudah menuju tempat menunggu, bukan main panjang lagi ah...  Again, we postpone it to the next evening. So last night was the night.  This time though, kami sudah bersedia dengan segala perancangan yang telah dirancang serancang-rancangnya. (Bijap kan...) After solat Maghrib, terus zoom ke ICC.  Alhamdulillah, sudah rezeki kami malam atu.  Hanya 2 family saja, including ours yang menunggu giliran.  Then, kami kana suruh tunggu lagi sampai penuh quote (around 20 people) untuk sekali masuk.  It's ok, inda jua apa kan tu. Alhamdulillah, got the very rare opportuni...

Ranting starts now

I've created this blog specifically to give out my opinions, views and comments on all the things that I've come across, experienced, seen, feel, tasted etc.  Mind you that I might write in English or in Malays or Brulish.  Doesn't matter as long as I can write all those feelings. Since this is my own personal view, you might agree or disagree and might even felt offended by it.  If that's the case, I would like to apologize beforehand.  Antah, lurus kah jua Henglish ku ani. Haha... So, that's the brief introduction of what this blog is about.  Again, this space is created so that I am able to separate it with my other personal, family matters only blog.  Until then, let the ranting session, begins!
